Wilderness First Aid Certification Course - Online Lectures, One Day Skills Assessment
The School of First Aid Wilderness First Aid course is designed specifically to provide you with the skills and knowledge to make critical medical decisions in disaster and remote environments.
This course meets BSA’s requirements for WFA training and is accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA) under the ACA’s standard “HW.2.2/ST.3.2 First Aid & Emergency Care Personnel”.

Course Overview
Online - Classroom lectures, demonstrations, and presentations found in a traditional, onsite, two-day, sixteen-hour Wilderness First Aid certification course. Bonus content, graded quizzes and practice scenarios included.
Instructor Office Hours - Engage with the instructor and students on Zoom to answer questions and assist in learning Wilderness First Aid.
Outdoors, High Fidelity, Onsite Skills Assessment - Eight hours of hands-on skills assessment where students will demonstrate splinting skills, primary and secondary assessment skills and identifying and treating patient illnesses and injuries. Personal Protective Equipment and strict hygiene protocols surpassing local COVID-19 mandates and meeting medical protocols will be enforced.
