All Ages | January 4th-February 26th, 2021

Children's Winter Reading Program:

When you sign up for our Winter Reading program, you will be given a time log sheet. For every 15 minutes of reading, color a star. Once you have completed 5 hours of reading, visit the library to receive your choice of prizes from the glass case!

Please note for COVID safety: Only staff will be able to get the prizes with gloved hands from the glass case. Once a prize has been given to your child, they may not switch prizes. Please choose wisely!

Teen and Adult Winter Reading Challenge Boards:

This year instead of “bingo,” we will have challenge boards like we did for Summer Reading. Complete one letter row of each challenge board by completing all five activities in that column. For each letter column you complete, show us your board at the West Alex Branch to earn a grand prize entry.

Weekly Themed Crafts:

Each Monday, we will add a different theme of crafts for you to pick up from our “Grab and Go” center. Some crafts are limited due to the number of supplies we may have on hand. While most of the crafts are geared toward children, we will have crafts for all ages including crafts for adults! Visit our event calendar to see this week's theme and get more information!
