EDDIE BRILL CREATES THE SCENE AT RHINO COMEDY IN SUFFERN, N.Y.
On Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 8 p.m. Comedy Legend Eddie Brill headlining at Rhino Comedy - (96 Lafayette Avenue, Suffern, New York). Eddie Brill is most famous for working as Letterman’s talent coordinator on “The Late Show with David Letterman” for 17 years, and as the audience warm-up for 11 years with Letterman.
Brill has become a highly respected award-winning comic and comedy teacher who performs regularly in N.Y. and internationally.
In addition to the 8 p.m. show ($20. per person), Brill will also host a one-day Comedy Workshop from 3-6 p.m. at Rhino Comedy in Suffern for aspiring comics and performers ($120. per person).
More About Eddie Brill
A three-time MAC award winner for Outstanding Male Comic in New York City, Brill has hosted and performed at hundreds of corporate events. He performed on some of the greatest stages in the world, including The Shrine Auditorium and Radio City Music Hall. He has appeared in numerous films as an actor, most recently in “30 Years To Life” with Tracy Morgan.
Brill produces and helps book stand-up talent all over the world and is the creative director of the Great American Comedy Festival and the Woodstock Comedy Festival in Woodstock, New York.
Along with Norman Lear in 1978, he helped create one of the first college comedy writing departments in the country at Emerson College in Boston. He also helped create the Emerson Comedy Workshop, founded in 1976. He teaches a highly acclaimed stand-up comedy workshop worldwide that helps comics young and old take their comedy work to the next level.
Brill has been working with The American Comedy Hall of Fame producing comedy archives and wrangling the talent for the soon-to-be produced Hall of Fame induction ceremonies.
