Chair Yoga for Strength and Balance
2 Free Classes - Wed, Jan 9, 11:15-12:15pm and Fri, Jan 11, 3:00-4:00pm
2 New 6-Week Series - Wed, Jan 16- -- Feb 20 at 11:15am-12:15pm or
Fri, Jan 18 -- Feb 22 3:00pm-4:00pm $60 for series

Chair Yoga for Strength and Balance replaces the traditional yoga mat with a chair. The support of the chair in seated and standing yoga movements safely allows you to build strength and stamina; and to develop balance and body awareness. Focus on the breath and movement promotes increased concentration and relaxation, and brings a feeling of well being to body, mind, and spirit.
Whether you're a new or a continuing student, this series is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions and is ideal for all levels of experience.
