    AAVAG welcomes David Redmon - "Search For Identity" to the AAVAG Art Gallery, located on the 2nd floor of Central State University Dayton. David Redmon was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio and is a 1989 graduate of Belmont High School. David attended Sinclair Community College and studied drawing and painting under the late Curtis Barnes, Dwayne Daniel, Mark Echtner and Bridgette Bogle. He also lived in Alaska for 8 years where he started learning sign language and working with Deaf children on his job as a school bus attendant. Family circumstances brought him back home to Dayton again; he is now currently studying American Sign Language Interpreting at Sinclair Community College. Dates: Jan. 10 through March 4, 2020. Available Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
